ppvip Terms and Conditions

1Introduction and Scope of Service

ppvip is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and various other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of ppvip's website, mobile application and all its services.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to all of ppvip's services, digital assets and features. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on the ppvip platform or is using its services.

By completing registration on ppvip or by using any of its services, you voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms. Using the service without reading or understanding these Terms is still considered use under this policy. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

All ppvip services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, making deposits or using gaming services. ppvip may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to close accounts where adequate proof is not provided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, household address, mobile number, email address or IP address, they will be treated as duplicates and the relevant accounts may be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing false information, using another person's identity or submitting fake documents is prohibited. If any such case is discovered, the account and any funds held in it may be forfeited.

3Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ppvip account login details, password and OTP completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ppvip follows an identity verification process to ensure safe and transparent transactions. Before making a withdrawal or depositing above a certain amount, you may be asked to submit one of the following documents:

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on ppvip can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when depositing. Funds sent from an account in a different name will be credited after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

4.3 Account Ownership Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on your ppvip account must only be made through a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted or made. ppvip reserves the right to cancel transactions and review accounts in the event of a breach of this rule.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ppvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ppvip offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirements apply to this bonus: winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500; a wager of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 is required before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 Other Promotions

ppvip offers various promotions from time to time, including the ppvip weekly reload reward, ppvip slots festival bonus, ppvip cricket celebration offer, ppvip birthday special gift and the ppvip refer-a-friend reward. Each promotion has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• To claim a bonus, the specific terms of the relevant promotion must be met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate betting activity.
• ppvip reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the event of any irregular or suspicious activity.
• A bonus is never cash or free money — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid only once it has been finally confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, network disruption or display error, ppvip reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football and other sporting events, the rules of the applicable league are taken into account. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with ppvip's applicable rules. Odds displayed during in-play or live betting may change.

6.3 Casino and Slot Gaming

Each game has its own rules and RTP. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and ppvip does not guarantee any specific result. ppvip reserves the right to void payouts resulting from abnormal wins caused by a software error.

6.4 Maximum Payout

7User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on ppvip:

• Any form of fraud, deception or cheating
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage
• Creating multiple accounts
• Unauthorised access to another user's account
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Exploiting a vulnerability or flaw in any game to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Impersonating ppvip staff

7.2 Fair Play Obligation

ppvip is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All members are asked to use the platform honestly and ethically. If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to our support team.

8Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Actions by ppvip

ppvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Voluntary account closure at the user's request

8.2 Balance Refund

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure (excluding bonuses), it will be returned after the verification process is completed. However, in cases of fraud or policy violation, the balance may be forfeited.
